Who's Privilege?

New York Times

This article talks about the Bush administration and all of the shady things it is currently being accused of. The writer says that these things were supposedly done in the name of fighting terrorism. The article covers how the judicial system is supposed to be involved in dismissing lawsuits against the Bush administration under the right of state secrecy. It also says that people should have access to this type of information despite laws.
I thought the article wasn't organized very well. I couldn't tell what was goin on half the time. I felt like I was lost in a maze and it was my job to find my way out with as much information as I could grab. The entire thing was extremely opinionated, but I might not have been too bothered by that if I could grasp what was really trying to be said. I can't believe this was posted in the New York Times.
