Sam J. Pingo
This articl in my opinion is not well written at all. It is biased, rash, inconclusive, and uncredible. The author starts by saying that she is responding to those who do not think that the size of the school system matters. She goes on to say that she feels copmpelled to set the record straight for those who obviously know nothing of ranking school systems. After she blows off some steam she gives us and example of why the size of school systems matter. She talks about a situation involving both the Zachery school system and the East Baton Rouge school system; however the information she give is not nearly enough to let the reader know what she is talking about.
In conclusion I feel that although the author might be right about her argument, I would never know because of her horible writing skills.

This article seems like it could have made a good point if it was written better. I think the author needs to worry more about pointing out facts than just blowing off steam because it's hard to understand the point of the article.
When people write about a passionate topic, they need to make sure to clearly make their point. Passionate language is sometimes good; however, heated stories that carry throughout the whole article can distract from the point of the article. This seems to be what happened in this article.
While this is a legitimate topic that someone might feel strongly about, it is often not presented in the correct way. The author was just trying to get her view out, and it appears that they were not concerned with their audience. What could have been an important issue if presented well instead turns the reader off to what the author is trying to say.
